Austin and the rest of the family...and it truly is family...helped me pick out the best scooter for my needs. We met them originally at the home show in Cleveland. Tried everything they had and 2 other scooter businesses there. 3 of us took a road trip to Sonshine afterward to check them out again. Very dedicated to getting us what we needed, even if not theirs. I bought the Jazzy Zero turn. Austin delivered it within a few days of recieving the prescription I needed. Brought it in , set it up...question, more questions answered. no rush. To top it all off, just received a hand written thank you note from Austin. Was in the market for another scooter. The local dealer in our area that we purchased our first scooter from no longer sold scooters. We searched on our phones and of course several places came up in the canton area, which is about a 1/2 hour drive for us. We called about 5 places and we're getting prices for the same scooter we had as the company ( Pride ) still made. We found out the they make a newer model if this scooter and wanted it because if the new features. One if the places we called was Sonshine and spoke with Austin and being in the sales business myself really appreciated the time he took explaining the new features. We talked price and he was the best price that we had gotten so far and he mentioned that if I got a perscription that I could save the tax. Austin was very patient and sincere with our conversation and kept me up to date with shipment and when the scooter was delivered took time to explain the new features to me and was not in a rush to get back. Just had a stair chairlift installed Works perfectly This company takes care if it’s customers Randy and the rest of the personnel are very knowledgeable Already tried it.Now my mom and anyone else that cannot walk well can use the chair lift to go into the basement.Especially when the siren blow and the alarms sound a tornado.Thank you guys.I feel very confident with the job you guys did installing this wonderful machinery !!!
